How much should I work out?
Consistency is the key to staying flexble, so once you make that commitment, training every class is the best way.
When are classes?
Classes are Monday and Wednesday Nights from 7:05 pm to 8:10 pm
What is the cost?
Inital Program is 4 weeks for $119.95/person. We do offer individual drop-in rates of $20 per person if you are unable to come on a consistent basis. |
